Open the glove compartment and dig out the owner's manual. That information is in there.
Or Google your car and look up the information directly. Honda may even have a downloadable version of the owner's manual which you can then keep in your computer, if the original manual is gone.
I'm a big fan of castrol synthetic oil and if you plan on keeping your car a long time i would throw a some lucas oil treatment in... as for how much oil it takes i got no idea... but any parts store can tell you that.
the 1.6 liter engine holds 4.75 unless it is a vtec motor, in that case it holds 4.5.
pop the hood and there should be a little sticker somewhere that says how much and what kind(use the dip stick lots if you dont realy know what you are doing)
Four cylinders hold 4 quarts of 10w30 oil.
