you didn't say what kind of car or give any specific details... so I'll generalize. You should check your oil before you start it. Same goes for the water.

If you are having trouble starting, you should clean the battery terminals and put something on them to keep the corrosion down. With the terminals cleaned and shined up, take the car to an Autozone and have the battery, alternator and starter tested. Be sure you get one of the autozoners with the gray shirt because the ones with the red shirts are trainees and may not know how to use the tester. Why does my car wa ne ne ne ne sometimes before i start it.....is it need water,oil?...can someone help me?
It has nothing to do with missing water,or oil.....First check your battery connectors....

When you turn the ignition lock your starter will turn. There's a plus wire direct frrom the battery too. If you know somebody try that: Turn Ignition on, use a wire to connect battery plus from the battery to your starter ( the small wire from your Ignition lock) if that works out, it's your Ignition lock. Much fun testing that!! Thaimike
WHAT A STUPID QUESTION!!!

Year?

Make?

Model?

Mileage?

Has it always done this?

Did it just start doing this?

Does it do this when the engine is hot/cold/wet???

WE NEED MORE INFO!!!!

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer!!
start with checking out the starter it may be going bad ...... then check out the ignition module ...........the cam shaft position sensor if its bad would leave a code
Looks like the starter may be about to go out
Sure....I'll be right over.....
