theres obviously something wrong with your car if it was out of oil
you probably already ran your engine w/o oil
so its already caused damage

there maybe some type of build up on the idle from the lack of oil and caused it to stick and unfortunately if that's the case it needs to be replaced. It matter how roughly it idles. Does it do 2000 or 3000 rpm or what? Check with a mechanic or a friend that's handy with cars.
