the spark plug tube seals are leaking, you need to remove the valve cover and replace the valve cover gasket and the spark plug tube seals, it also could be the o-rings around the rocker arm assembly. try the gasket and o-rings first, should also adjust the valve lash while you are in there.Why are my Honda 4 cylinder car's spark plugs are covered in oil?
did you lose your oil filler cap?? u know, the cap that you screw off to add oil?
