Why did my dad check the oil and water in my moms car for her the other afternoon when he got home?

Maybe she's having car trouble. Maybe to be nice and make sure the levels are sufficient. Heck if I know - why don't you ask him?Why did my dad check the oil and water in my moms car for her the other afternoon when he got home?
I don't know Josh, why don't you tell us? You have had thousands of answers so far.Why did my dad check the oil and water in my moms car for her the other afternoon when he got home?
is there more to this? if not, then i would think that he was checking to see if the levels of the fluids in the vehicle were good, or if he needed to add water to the car. if the car has an oil leak then he was probably checking to see if he needed to add oil to prevent the engine from seizing up. How old are you, that you are asking?
Why do you randomly ask this question every so often?

Clearly, he thought her oil and water levels might be low. I just don't understand why he apparently checks it so darn often, since you ask the same question so darn often.

Find a new hobby, please.
sometimes people check stuff like that on their cars. it sounds like a nice thing to do
