With the billions made from the oil companies each quarter wouldn't it be in their best interest to make sure the big 3 survive and bail out the car companies instead of us taxpayers? If cars need oil to run how about the oil companies bail out the big 3 instead of the taxpayers?
why would they have any interest in that?
do you think the number of cars in the US will change if the big 3 fold? absolutely not...they will just be different cars.If cars need oil to run how about the oil companies bail out the big 3 instead of the taxpayers?
It really isn't in their best interest. The reason is that even if the ';big 3'; close their doors Americans will continue to drive. They will continue to buy cars from other companies. The oil companies will still make their profit. Bailing out the auto industry would only help the oil companies IF there weren't any other auto makers.
Good idea, but the auto industry is gonna have to produce hybrids and more fuel efficient cars, which is not in the best interest of the oil industry. Or it will fail and Japan's fuel stingy fleet will rule.
Either way the oil industry is facing diminishing demand.
Considering that the oil and auto manufacturers colluded to stop the public transportation systems in the country I am with you on this one. F@C% 'em both after as much money as they have collectively stolen from this country.
hey dumb a*s*s,the average NET INCOME FOR ALL OIL COMPANIES is 8% to 12 %.do you understand the math ! stop listening to the liberal lies...
Socialism for the rich, Capitalism for the rest of us.
Best question today! Good creativity!
Ha! I like it! I'll certainly never agree to a bail out, though i never agree'd to the last one either!
good ? send that one to Oboma.
I agree, great question--should at least loan them some money
